NTA International (formerly Nutritional Therapeutics Association) carries forward over two decades of experience in energy medicine, nutritional therapy, and advanced anti-aging modalities. Founded originally as NTA Europe in 2007 and based on a wellness tradition dating back to 2002, our association includes wellness professionals, lifestyle coaches, natural health educators, and integrative wellness advocates.
Our evolving philosophy centers on the belief that to "heal thyself" is to "heal thy cell"—focusing on the inner terrain of the body, restoring optimal cellular energy, reducing environmental burden, and supporting the nutritional conditions required for healthy cellular function.
